Concerned for the individual living upstairs, who has a history of seizures, I rushed upstairs to check on him. I found him washing **pork** in his sink, which is particularly concerning as I am **Muslim**.

I am writing to formally address the urgent issue regarding the **busted pipe** in my apartment and the failure of management to respond appropriately within the designated timeframe.

Moreover, the half renovations in my apartment have forced me to move everything around, creating a cluttered and junky environment. This situation has hindered my ability to pray properly, as I cannot maintain my space as I would like. 

While I am currently good mentally, the constant distraction and stress from these issues are impacting my well-being. I am strong, black, and powerful; I cannot be broken—mentally or spiritually, for God is within me.

I provided a **24-hour notice** for repairs as of **6:28 PM on October 5, 2024**. This means you had from **6:28 PM on October 5, 2024** to **6:28 PM on October 6, 2024** to address the issue.

- **Deadline for Response:** 6:28 PM, October 6, 2024  

As of now, that timeframe has expired, and you failed to show up to resolve the urgent problem while water continues to gush out

I have well-documented evidence, including **videos** showing the water damage and the ongoing situation. This documentation supports my claims and demonstrates the urgency of the repairs needed.

#### 4. **Concerns About Safety and Trust**

Given the lack of action and the ongoing issues, I require the following information before any entry is permitted:

- **Full Name** of the maintenance personnel

- **Background Information**, including any criminal history, particularly regarding sex offenses

- **Identification** to verify their identity upon arrival

#### 5. **Legal Actions and Reporting**

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities, including:
